National Certificate in Solid Waste Disposal - Landfill Entry Control

This National Certificate recognises the skills and knowledge of an experienced weighbridge operator in the waste disposal industry. Holders of this qualification are able to safely control vehicle entry to a landfill site in compliance with the landfill management plan.

This qualification follows on from the National Certificate in Solid Waste - Core Skills (Level 2), and leads to the National Certificate in Solid Waste Disposal - Landfill Operations (Level 3).

It is recommended that prior to achievement of this qualification candidates have knowledge of safe handling and disposal of solid waste. This may be evidenced by achievement of the National Certificate in Solid Waste - Core Skills (Level 2), or demonstration of equivalent knowledge and skills.
