National Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety - Workplace Safety

Level 3 Credits 50

This qualification is designed to accommodate the needs of a wide cross section of industry personnel. The qualification provides evidence of the attainment of an intermediate level of workplace health and safety knowledge, as well as recognising competencies associated with a range of workplace safety and health issues from specific industries.

Candidates completing this qualification would be able to progress to the National Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety - Co-ordination (Level 4) if they wished to become occupational safety facilitators.

A minimum of 50 credits is required, with a minimum of 40 credits needing to be at Level 3 or above.
