Description

You will be able to demonstrate knowledge of: company procedures and requirements for lifting practices and overhead cranes; pendant and remote controlled cranes, monorail, and suspended hoists and lifting equipment; the care and safe use of pendant and remote controlled cranes, monorail, and suspended hoists and lifting equipment; and to sling, lift, travel, and unload or place regular loads; and park crane and store equipment.

Load lifting is highly specialised and for people with industry experience.

Trainees will be required to fill in a Crane Logbook, as evidence of experience.

Duration

This is dependant on the trainees operational experience.
