Description

This licence entitles the holder to drive a Heavy Combination Vehicles with a Gross Combined Weight of more than 25,000 kg. This course has both theory and practical components.

2 days with logbook - if logbook has not been completed within the last 12 months

Pre-requisite

You must have held a FULL CLASS 4 Licence for:
Over 25 years old – minimum of 3 months
Under 25 years old – minimum of 6 months

Medical Certificate – If you have presented one for your Class 2 licence in the last five years, you only need to sign a declaration at the testing centre. Otherwise, you need to get a new one and it must not be more than 60 days old.

Class 5 Learners Licence (5L) – Go to a licensed testing centre to complete a Scratchy Test, which has a combination of questions from the standard Road Code and Class 2/5 Truck Road Code – we can provide you with the required study material and also tuition if required. If you attend our approved course there is no waiting time to get your full licence. If you decide not to do our approved course and just do the assessment you must have held your Class 5L for at least 6mths.
