Description

This licence entitles the holder to drive a Heavy Rigid Vehicle of 4,500kg to 18,000 kg or combination vehicle of 4,500 kg to 12,000 kg. This course has both theory and practical components.

Pre-requisite

You must have held a FULL CAR Licence (Class 1) for a minimum of 6 months before you can get a Class 2L.

Medical Certificate – This covers the requirements for Class 2L and Class 2 and must not be more than 60 days old.

Class 2 Learners Licence (2L) – Go to a licensed testing centre to complete a Scratchy Test, which has a combination of questions from the standard Road Code and Class 2 Truck Road Code – we can provide you with the required study material and also tuition if required. If you attend our approved course there is no waiting time to get your full licence. If you decide not to do our approved course and just do the assessment you must have held your Class 2L for at least 6mths.
