National Certificate in Civil Infrastructure Health, Safety & Environment – Operations

This qualification is designed for people working in civil infrastructure industries who have individual responsibility for protecting health, safety, and the environment.

This qualification is a prerequisite for the National Certificate in Civil Infrastructure Health, Safety, and Environment - Supervision.

People who have completed this qualification can continue a career pathway onto the National Certificate in Civil Construction Supervision and the National Certificate in Demolition – Site Supervisor.

The unit standards required for the Operate Safe Bronze Card are included in the compulsory section of this qualification. For further details about this approved accreditation system for managing health and safety in the civil infrastructure industry system please refer to www.operatesafe.org.nz.
