Shane Burke
 Shane has over 20 years experience in a variety of industries including chemical, petrochemical, transport and logistics, healthcare and waste in both the public and private sectors. This involved supervisory, operational and senior management roles in large corporate and multinational organisations as well as over 12 years as a functional specialist in the health and safety, training and human resources fields.

Shane has excellent results through superior workforce performance in health and safety, employee relations, productivity and profitability.

Shane can assist you to develop the four basic elements required to achieve excellence in any organisation; good leadership, robust management processes, employee involvement and competence.

Shane is qualified with a BSc. (Chem), a Diploma of Environmental Management, a certificate in Adult learning, and is a workplace assessor.
